Salary: £23000 - £25000 per annum + 10 - 15K in Commission

The Role:
You will be joining a growing business with a highly motivated workforce and will be selling new, renewal and upgraded B2B subscriptions to our individual, company and corporate packages including both print and online products.

Our existing and prospective client base is made up of the full range C-level managers and board level executives in the world's largest mining, construction and professional service companies as well as fund managers, private investors and the legal community.
Hours of work are typically 09.00 - 17.30 and will vary depending on where your international clients and prospects are based.

Key responsibilities:
*Growing subscriptions though new business sales and higher retention rates.
*Pro-active approach to sales and lead generation/development.
*Maintaining a list of priority sales prospects.
*Identify and develop new target groups.
*Managing and prioritising your sales pipeline.
*Building excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
*Working closely with the subscriptions marketers and our customer service bureau to ensure that all leads are followed up.
*Regularly report to management on progress and provide feedback from subscribers.
*Continually developing your knowledge of the Mining and Underground Construction sectors.

The Candidate:
*Focussed, articulate, confident, self-motivated and results-driven.
*Enthusiastic with a desire to succeed in B2B sales and a professional work ethic.
*Telephone sales experience.
*Very strong organisational skills.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Computer literacy, experience in MS word, excel and outlook.
