Salary: £20000 per annum + Bonus per event after 6 months

We are looking for a graduate marketing executive to research, manage and develop our international conference audience. The events are about markets, economics, business and finance around the world - from Paris to Bangkok, from New York to Sydney. You will be involved from start to finish in assembling 1000s of CEOs, bankers, politicians and investors to attend our conferences.
What we need from you: - a fine eye for detail, a logical and organised approach allied with a natural interest in politics, economics, business and finance. Candidates should be familiar with digital marketing and manipulating data. Knowledge and experience of using databases would be an advantage; a good working knowledge of Excel is a requirement.

The role will report jointly to the Head of Marketing, and Marketing Manager and includes:
*Liaise with the conference team to establish target markets and potential audiences for approx 10 events a year
*Research and build a database of potential delegates for each conference with the support of in-house teams
Administration and data management
*Manage the invitation process co-ordinating postal mail, email, fax, telesales and digital marketing to invite and secure targeted individuals
*Managing the database - keeping our data clean and up-to-date; uploading lists of new contacts
Event marketing
*Implement and manage a coordinated marketing campaign for each conference
*Organise trade press advertising and barter agreements with media partners
*Identify and contact associations and other potential trade partners in order to build a broader universe of contacts in all markets.
Creating promotional material
*Work closely with our editorial team to produce promotional material including: adverts/ banners; generic promotional mail shots about the event; personalised invitations to prospective delegates
*Coordinate designers, printers and mailing houses
*Create and maintain a dedicated webpage and social media for each conference
*Manage and control the marketing budget for each campaign
Analysis & response
*Provide conference team with updates on status of campaign
*Monitor hit rates, click through, email, fax and postal, telesales success rates etc
