Salary: £25000 per annum + 20% bonus

Excellent Social Media candidate required to create and implement a social media strategy for the brand portfolio, covering new prospect acquisition, interest and engagement, conversion, and brand advocacy and amplification. To manage our social media communities for the brand portfolio, including account set up, maintenance, membership, and growth. To manage the content distribution to these communities (creating and curating), ensuring all activity fulfils strategic, brand and campaign goals. To 'listen' to our communities, ensuring we respond to issues and opportunities, and that insight generated is fed back to the brand teams.

Key Responsibilities
*Work with Brand Managers to agree social media marketing goals and targets, and identify the appropriate social media strategy for each brand.
*Demonstrate strong customer focus, working with the Brand Managers to identify the key target audiences for each event, understand audience size, demographics and behaviour, and the product proposition and key messages, in order to develop content and targeting strategies to drive interest, engagement and conversion.
*Work with Brand Managers to create detailed content plan for social media, including timing and frequency of messaging, creation vs. curation, content type and format, and call to action. Work with all relevant stakeholders to source content, including brand team, content teams, TRG teams, external partners etc.
*Work with relevant members of Digital Marketing & Campaigns team to ensure that social media strategy and activity is integrated with other channels, in order to present a consistent brand experience.
*Set up new accounts for brands in portfolio where required, ensuring each brand has a strong presence in all relevant networks for its market sector and audience/customer profile (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, PInterest).
*Clean-up existing accounts, ensuring these all meet best practice and brand guidelines, including creative identity.
*Manage account membership and growth, ensuring we have strategies in place to grow our communities, organically where possible, and amplify our messages.
*Using appropriate tools, ensure we are monitoring, listening and responding to our social community; feed queries to appropriate team for response where needed, and ensure that insight generated is fed back to the brand teams.
*Build a clear activity schedule with required timelines, milestones and budgets.
*Ensure strong communication with brand team at all times, providing regular reporting of activity and KPI performance vs. target, and meeting regularly to review activity, spend and results, developing plans to optimise and remediate as needed.
*Develop and manage Twitter and Facebook accounts. Recruiting and engaging fans and followers, developing a content plan, pushing relevant content on a regular basis, inviting staff to follow, and inviting key influencers, including trade journalists, keynote speakers, key people from the events industry (including awards).
Manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring this delivers the required commercial results and ROI.

Experience required:

*Experienced in setting up and managing social media communities, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and PInterest.
*Experienced in use of social media management and monitoring tools/software.
*Experience of creating and implementing social media strategies in order to drive community interest, engagement, new prospect acquisition, database growth, newsletter sign-up, website traffic and ultimately customer conversion.
*Experience of generating insight from social media to drive marketing effectiveness and proposition development.
*Understanding of social media networks outside UK and non-English language.
*Practiced in managing all aspects of the promotional mix.
*Digital marketing qualification desirable.
