Salary: £24000 - £27000 per annum + 10 - 15k in bonus

Description:
Summary of the Role, Key duties and Responsibilities
1/ Events:
*Manage a team of 5 Events Coordinators and provide oversight of all logistics for all our courses across UK & EMEA
*Ensure incremental improvements are made to the quality of service that the logistics team and provide to its clients (and training faculty )
*Financial management of each event, ensuring that all financial aspects of the event (including those of the events coordinators) are accurate and kept within tight budgets
*Update monthly rolling forecasts and minimize bad debts
*Set-up venue database so can monitor and evaluate delegate and faculty feedback; identify and negotiate rates including securing commission/rebates from them
*Responsibility for ensuring all trainers schedules are 100% accurate and match those in registration and marketing systems
*Ensure all trainers have signed contracts in place plus build and maintain a new faculty database
*Oversee transition of course materials into new template and implement new provision of soft copies of materials to all our delegates
*Implement a rigorous evaluation process that includes ability to easily report on quality of training, venues and customer service
*Procurement - overview of all suppliers used and rates offered. Annual review of all to assess if any saving can be made
2/ Operations:
*Ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of a new registration system by all parts of the business
*Recruitment support - support all business managers (sales, marketing etc) with recruitment and ensure comply with internal policies
*Assist with induction of new starters

*Ability to prioritize own workload and multi-task
*Excellent management skills - ability to motivate and performance manage direct reports
*Very comfortable with technology
*Good general MS skills with advanced Excel skills
*Good eye for detail, accurate and meticulous
*Ability to communicate at all levels with senior level clients and ability build a rapport with our trainers
*Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
*Process orientated - ability to recognize and change inefficiencies in processes
