Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum + 15 - 20K in comms

Job - Summary of the Role, Key Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking to recruit 3 Regional Heads of Business Development - one for Europe, one for Africa and one for the Middle East. These regional heads will be responsible for:

* Selling tailored in-house training to the client base in their region (target £300-600k). This involves working with our network of expert trainers to provide tailored training solutions that match our client's exact needs. It is a consultative sell where expectations have to be clearly understood and can involve extensive negotiations
* Managing a team of 3-5 delegate / public telesales executives. Motivating and coaching a team of delegate sales executives who will be responsible for contacting our client base in the region to secure their registration onto our public courses
Course Development - providing recommendations on the courses that we should be scheduling (and whereabouts) in the region to maximize revenues generated from it
Face to Face meetings - setting up & conducting meetings with our key (and potential new) clients overseas to better understand our client's needs and increase total revenues (public and in-house) from the region

Person - Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Essential skills for this role include:

* Strong questioning and listening skills to ensure that we fully understand our client's needs
* Ability to build rapport with senior finance professionals both on the phone and face-to-face
* Good understanding of the financial markets and products
* Dynamic self-starter, with a track record in demonstrating initiative
* Ability to successfully performance manage, motivate and coach of team of telesales executives
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Strong Academic background

Ideally have experience in:

* Writing proposals and/or making client pitches
* Negotiating with clients and/or suppliers
* Managing multiple deals (all at different stages of closure) at the same time
* Closing high ticket deals
