German speaker preferred.Looking to move into a Client Relationship Manager Role?
As the CRM Administration Assistant based in the London office, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the CRM team in their day to day tasks.
The role provides an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to gain an insight into the world of the financial service industry and provides a path for career progression into a CRM Consultant role.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing proactive administration support to the CRM team
Expected to develop effective relationships with colleagues and liaising with colleagues in order to understand client needs
Helping out with client queries on a daily basis
Maintaining and updating the internal databases
Helping out with any ad hoc requests and assignments when necessary
Assisting in daily operations Job qualifications:
A strong candidate will have excellent communication skills (fluent English language skills essential and German language skills desirable), be self-motivated, driven and enjoy an environment in which autonomy and an enthusiastic attitude is a must.
An ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
 Be commercially driven  Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint  Good attention to detail  Team player
 Outgoing personality  Experience in customer service preferable but not a must
 An interest in the financial service industry
 Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
