Junior Conference Producer West End, England

Salary: £24000 - £26000 per annum + 8 - 10k in profit share

Description:
We have three main products: conferences, webinars and infographic reports .
We are looking for an individual who has creative flair, an eye for detail, business acumen, and excellent skills in desktop- and phone-research to be central to the creation of these products and the development of the product portfolio itself.
The individual would be joining a team in which events are co-created and webinars and infographics are independently created.
Responsibilities include:

Conference production:
*Researching for, producing and assisting in the running of up to 8 conferences per year
*Closing, and working with, all speakers post recruitment to coach them on their presentations, review draft slides, and sign off their final slides before the conference
*Briefing the sponsorship and delegate sales teams on product lines
*Writing blog entries, articles and news pieces on research findings
*Building and managing pre conference surveys, analysing the data and drafting presentations
*Working closely with marketing on all website, email and social media
*Compose event evaluation forms and gather the feedback post-events for team de-briefs
*Working with the CEO on the opening address presented in Prezi
Webinar production:
*Running up to 8 webinars a year, working closely with sponsor and client presenters
*Scheduling these in, and working with the sponsor client to on securing a client speaker
*Researching the story, and creating marketing copy to market the webinar
*Managing the content production cycle for the webinar with the other speaker
*Hosting the webinar as a host presenter
Other:
*Continually working with the head of research to find ways of improving and developing our events and product lines
*Working closely with the sponsors, the sponsorship sales and profiling team on managed services contracts (to be explained in interview)
*Writing one blog a week and writing articles when required
*Re-purposing research calls as written material for the site
Other required skills:
*2nd language preferable
*Experience updating databases, particularly salesforce.com
*Excellent PowerPoint skills
*Strong Excel skills
