Event Logistic Coordinator - High Profile Professional Membership - 25-27k plus benefits

Experienced Event Coordinator is required to join the London based event team of this prestigious and very high profile membership concern.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering a portfolio of events which include conferences, seminars, workshops, award ceremonies and dinners within the UK and overseas.

Key responsibilities will include venue research and management, conference logistics and administration, technical production and speaker administration. Additionally on-site management, registrations and managing the venue. Budget management, setting budgets and ensure events are delivered within the agreed budget, managing sponsors and marketing. Producing content for websites and marketing collateral.

A track record of working within events is essential with experience gained either within a commercial event environment or a B2B membership concern. Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and budget. Client focused and passionate about delivering first class events to enhance the delegate experience and to meet revenue, training and educational targets.
