Customer Service Manager - Global B2B Events - 23k basic with 8-10k OTE

Will involve some international travel

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with delegates at the highest level is required to join this highly successful media concern.

Key responsibilities will include processing registrations, invoicing and credit control for delegates and sponsorship invoices and securing payment in advance of the event. Resolving queries and improving the customer service process. Working closely with the operations team to ensure delivery of the conference. Also to provide accurate information to the finance team such as revenue reports and event reconciliation. You would also run the registration desk on site at selected events.

Confident and articulate and able to deal with people at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks on multiple events. Highly organised with high attention to detail. Proactive and commercially driven.

Highly numerate to work in multi currencies with advanced word and excel skills. Accurate keyboard skills.

You will need to be able to accept responsibility and be flexible to travel to events to work on site. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good experience of customer service working in a B2B international environment. Professional manner and presentation with a good level of education.
