Event Registration & Housing Manager - 26.5k plus bonus - Large Scale Events

This is a first class opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of experience working on a global scale event.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate at least 3 years experience of event management including onsite delegate management for large conferences of ideally more than 1,000 delegates. Strong understanding of invoice procedures and credit control and experience of dealing with very senior level and demanding clients. International experience and culturally aware with a supportive and friendly manner. Detail orientated with extremely high standards, articulate with fluent English both written and spoken.

Key responsibilities will include - To provide the first impression of the event to internal and external stakeholders, dealing with incoming event calls. Managing and ensuring all pre event and onsite processes of registration and accommodation bookings run smoothly. Set up and maintain the registration portal and research and negotiate contract registration and contract housing as required. Manage onsite teams and work within agreed time lines. Also to issue invoices, joining instructions, hotel bookings and visa information. Manage delegate lists and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
