Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum + bonus £5k benefits

The Senior Event Manager will be responsible for the following:

Project managing all Network events, client events and webinars from concept through to completion, looking after 5,000+ attendee experiences
Create and develop agendas, invitation criteria and event content
Work with the marketing team to create and implement marketing and engagement strategies for the events
Design processes and work with our bespoke Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review event applications
Working with the Sales Team develop and implement communication plans for firms attending the event
Work on tracking and heightening ROI for firms
Oversee all communications from members on the events
Manage a £350,000+ a year budgeBe responsible for the on the day event management, managing logistics and staff
Research and make final decisions on venues, suppliers, entertainment, design and production
Negotiate prices, contracts and payment plans
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Manage various online tools and software used for our ATS, event surveys, attendee registration, email marketing, information sharing, accounting and project planning. Some of these include; salesforce, dotmailer, formstack, divvy, xero, basecamp (not previous experience of these tools is necessary)
