Our client is a global club of senior level investors, developers and lenders in real estate. Their mission is to enable senior real estate executives to develop and strengthen personal, long-term business relationships, catalysing the knowledge and partnerships to create better spaces for us to live and work..

They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will develop high level relationships and sell sponsorship to the target market across multiple countries and continents. The successful candidate will demonstrate a methodical approach to pipeline building and have a good understanding of how to control the sales process. Business will be conducted on the phone and face to face.

Key tasks include:

1. The development (in conjunction with the Managing Director) of considered and robust sponsorship sales campaign plans;
2. Sell sponsorship via phone and face to face meetings on both the club and individual events
3. Work with multiple club directors in various countries to understand the nuances of each market
4. Reliable and timely reporting of sales campaign progress and activities, including proper and consistent use of our CRM system;
5. Look after clients, understand their objectives, and connect them with their customers

This role would suit a salesperson with experience at a commercial conference company who is aspiring to work across multiple countries on a world class product. The company offers excellent scope for progression within the organisation and industry-leading training and professional development.
