Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum

Our client is a leading organiser of international events for the global real estate investment community. They are seeking an enthusiastic and professional person looking to start a career in the events industry. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will be to:
- Contract, negotiate, build and maintain a portfolio of suppliers in different countries for all their international events and meetings.
- Research new venues for events around the globe.
- Negotiate the best possible rates, terms and conditions with suppliers in different regions.
- Organize regular business trips and travel arrangements for employees.
- Find and screen suitable supplier proposals that would adhere to budgets as well as project requirements.

To succeed in the role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working in a B2B environment, ideally in an operational or administrative function
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure
