Salary: £24000 - £27000 per annum + BONUS AND BENEFITS


Client within the global oil and gas industry running events regarded as the must attend events which add huge value to the industry and its players. This fortunate producer will work on events in different continents gaining a great breadth of experience and exposure to different cultures and event types.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a strong can-do attitude to fit into and further enhance the dynamic team. The candidate needs to be a good communicator and an analytical and innovative thinker. It is essential for the candidate to be tenacious and be a hard worker who will manage their time effectively, uphold phone rates and meet deadlines.

*One to two year's experience in Production of international events is an advantage
*Experience in the energy industry is an advantage
*No restrictions on international travel a necessity. Willing to travel at short
notice and potentially frequently
*French is essential and Spanish and Portuguese would be highly valued


*Develop a highly commercial conference program
*Secure the best quality speakers from the most relevant companies
*Communicate effectively with the in-country event partner or host organisataion to
deliver an event that meets their needs and maximises profits.
*Work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and the Marketing Manager
to maximise revenues on the event
*Identify the target market for the event
*Be an ambassador for the Company in a professional and capable way to clients and partners

Responsibilities include:

*Research topics and identify the commercially attractive topics and angles
*Actively research and expand the client base and discover the needs of new potential
clients. Identify existing and new target markets
