Reporting Lines

This role will report directly to the Director of sales and marketing and work very closely with our client services team and CEO. You may also be required to take on some responsibility for over-seeing, supervising and/or managing future staff in this area of the business.

Role Overview

You will take responsibility for creating, establishing and building online recruitment and resourcing proposition.

This all-encompassing role will require input into continually refining our recruitment and resourcing proposition throughout the evolution of this business area and successful delivery to clients.

Areas of exposure and responsibility include;
-Sales/Business Development
-Marketing (New business and target audience)
-Client Management

-Job Board Management
-CV Database Management

Sales/business development
*Full responsibility for pro-actively researching and identifying news sales leads/prospects.
*Converting leads/prospects into sales in-line with pre-determined monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
*Accurately recording all sales related activity on the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all communications with target clients are visible to colleagues and team members on the CRM.
*Sales related activity will require regular use of the telephone in addition to the usual methods of communicating i.e. email, social media platforms etc.

Marketing - new business
*Responsible for identifying the core market and organising and managing targeted marketing campaigns via mail, email, social media platforms, website and other mediums to promote the online recruitment and resourcing proposition.
*Producing a short, medium and longterm strategy for marketing the online recruitment and resourcing proposition that will enable you to deliver the sales.

Marketing - target audience
*Responsible for identifying the target audience for using the job board (i.e. candidates) and organising and managing innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to encourage registration on the job board and uploading of CVs.

Client management
*Taking full responsibility for on-going client account management and support.
*Maintaining regular contact with all clients on phone, email and at meetings and social engagements.
*Continually looking to explore new opportunities with existing clients to develop the online recruitment and resourcing proposition and other income streams.

Job board management

Client side
*Complete responsibility for managing the job board from both a clients and users perspective.
*Take a pro-active approach to establishing and building a relationship with Strategies the technology company that deliver the job board solution. Engaging with their support and development teams.
*Setting up new clients on the job board and managing on-going relationships, updates to profiles, credits etc.
*Managing banner placements on the job board including activating new banners, managing expiry of banners, notifying clients of metrics, monitoring and measuring metrics.
*Running regular reports for circulation internally at team meetings and for using stats in relevant marketing materials produced for the job board.
*Keeping track of all remote payments/purchased credits for job advertising and liaising with relevant parties.
*Uploading client logos in correct format.

*Answering and resolving any clients support queries on the use of the job board.

Candidate side
*Monitoring the candidate database on a regular basis to ensure quality, relevancy and accuracy of applications flowing through the job board.
*Removing any spam applications.
*Answering and resolving any candidate support queries regarding registering on the L job board, uploading CV etc.
