Salary: £26000 - £27500 per annum

Our client is a prestigious venue hosting a range of corporate events in central London. They are seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Head of Venues & Facilities.

You will be responsible for managing all financial administration for the London venue (in conjunction with the Finance Team) along with the day-to-day management of the Rendezvous bookings database. You will also support the Conference & Banqueting team with general administration and be the main point of contact for all staff office supplies.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
National Diploma Level 4 or equivalent in Hotel and Catering subject.
Previous experience in hotel, conference, banqueting & event or contract catering administration or sales.
Highly numerate with an understanding of P&L, cost controls and management.
High level attention to detail
Administered and managed a Sales and Catering (Event Management) database.ie RDZ
Computer based purchase order system i.e. Agresso.
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good spoken and written English.
