Description:
Our client is a leading provider of business training, both on-line and face to face courses, in a wide range of business sectors. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible and accountable for meeting direct bookings revenue targets as well as demand generation targets for both public and in-company courses. Whilst this role has two direct reports, the size and recent growth of the product portfolios means the individual in this role will execute all demand generation campaigns for a number of products him/herself.
Motivating and developing the team is also a key part of this role as is deploying the resources effectively to meet targets.

Key responsibilities
- Create and executive meaningful touchpoints and omni channel demand gen strategies that are highly effective (i.e. resulting in better conversion rates) and leverage all digital channels and tactics
- Produce regular reports as defined by Marketing & B2C Sales Director and lead on new audience insights and channel reporting
- Introduce and manage test & learn approach as well as a process for continuous campaign optimisation
- Manage demand generation budgets for each of the division to ensure we track spend and ROI as well as to ensure we maximise spend
- Develop and roll-out brand and content led campaigns that position brands as global category leaders
- Execute on B2B campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage, motivate and develop two direct reports
- Ensure campaign execution is timely and in line with current best practice
- Manage all owned demand generation channels such as websites, social media accounts as appropriate and as discussed Content Lead (not yet started)

SKILLS REQUIRED
Degree level educated with degree in business, marketing or related field
3-4 years' experience in performance-based marketing or tightly affiliated role
Good level of copywriting in the English language
Very good communicator
Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
Demonstrated innovative, test & learn approach to marketing
Highly analytical mindset
Experience in managing multiple projects with a multitude of stakeholders each
Deadline, target and results driven

We would like you to be familiar with some key systems, although that's not essential for the role.
MS Office, particularly Excel
Wordpress desired but not essential

Adestra desired but not essential
