Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Obtain and analyse information to support sales activities
- Undertake competitor information analysis
- Use information to make sales decisions
- Sales activity planning
- Develop, implement and monitor sales call planning
- Sales forecasting
- Assess customer creditworthiness
- Managing your own personal and professional development in sales
- Develop and deliver a professional sales proposal
- Manage and prioritise time for own area of responsibility
- Generate and follow up sales leads
- Sell products and services over the telephone
- Manage and facilitate case negotiations
- Handle objections and close sales
- Input and access data in the organisations information systems
- Process customer orders
- Build and retain effective sales relationships
- Understand procurement practices of key customers
- Monitor and control relationship management activities
