Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum + Bonus and Commission

Duties to include:
Your role will include:
*You will be able to formulate and clearly present a sales plan. The plan should contain a clear vision followed by time-bound actions in order to achieve consistent success.
*You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads and developing strong relationships with new customers.
*Proactively seek new business leads using all available business tools.
*You will be a strong communicator and negotiator both on the phone and face to face.
*You will communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
*Provide professional and proactive support to internal clients.
*Perform telephone research to agreed standards and specific project briefs.
*Telesales - introducing event bookers to the Agency
*Provide management with market feedback.
*To strive to continually exceed customer expectations and provide excellent customer care.
*Maintain and update the client database at all times to ensure accuracy.
*Report writing.
*Data cleansing and development projects.
*Organise client show rounds at every given opportunity.
*Attend networking events.
*Mailing marketing material, menus and directing clients to the website and proactive follow-up of all information sent.
The ideal candidate should have:
*Educated to degree level
*Minimum of 1.5 years proactive sales experience in a similar environment / industry.
*Proactive sales approach and attitude
*Exceptional sales skills
*Have a target driven mentality with the desire to win and retain business
*The want to make an impact in our business
*Be able to prioritise, highly organised with exceptional time management
*Sales focused with ability to think on your feet, have the confidence to negotiate and close business successfully and consistently
*Team player
*Be passionate about sales and events
*Have the ability to work under pressure
*Have a reasonable level of food and drink knowledge
