Proficiency with the web and the ability to create rapport with our client base is essential.
A very strong candidate would have the following attributes:

* an interest in the fixed income markets and hedge funds / trading floors
* previous account management and/or group presentation experience
* educated to degree level or equivalent experience
* strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone required
* highly motivated with strong organizational skills

Job Description
As a CRM Consultant based in our London office, the candidate will be responsible for the customer management and training of a portfolio of clients across the UK and some European countries. The role also provides an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to develop their client management skills and gain an insight into the world of hedge funds, trading floors and the bond markets. Key responsibilities:
* Managing an existing customer base whilst ensuring these customers renew their subscriptions.
* Developing and cultivating relationships at the highest levels within these accounts.
* Continual interaction with the customer base through pro-active daily calls assisting customers with accessing reports, managing user experience, coordinating various data tools to fit each individual user's need and to ensure customers' satisfaction with the service.
* Providing training and guidance to the client base, through one-on-one meetings, large scale presentations and telephone calls.
* Closely monitor individual customer usage and address deficiencies on a timely basis.
* Travelling to regional bases of customers.
* Liaising with customers on the helpdesk providing assistance on any issues related to the service and the database, deals covered and research - management of customer requests in a timely manner.
* Identifying and delivering excellent service levels and potential new sales opportunities.
* Developing and cultivating relationships at all levels within these accounts.
* Working with the product development department to ensure product and service enhancements are communicated and executed through rigorous testing on a 'right-1st-time' basis.
* Full training will be provided.
